- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.
- Incorrect Items: If we made an error in processing your order and sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a return or exchange at no cost to you.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item. The item being returned must meet the return eligibility requirements.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as final sale.
- Intimate or sanitary goods, including opened personal care products.
- Perishable items such as food, flowers, or magazines.
